I am almost in tears because I’m so excited about my uncle’s potential new kidney. It has been awful watching his health decline. I was afraid he wasn’t going to survive to see my wedding. He has always been a father figure to me since my dad wasn’t actively in my life and I was so scared we were going to lose him so soon.
