Welp. That explains a lot.

I’m currently reading a new book called “The Boy Who Was Raised As A Dog.” Within the first few chapters it mentions that a heightened heart rate can be attributed to constantly living in an anxious state.

Why didn’t anyone ever tell me that? For years I’ve been questioned by nurses and doctors as to why my heart rate almost always exceed 100. I guess I at least have an explanation now.
