Running Journal: W1D3

Ugh.  Tonight’s run was awful.  I don’t know why, but I really wasn’t feeling it and it showed.  The running itself wasn’t bad, but I felt stiff and out of sorts.  My knees are aching tonight, which is the first time they’ve done this.  Any ideas for those of you who run?  Am I running incorrectly?

  1. thevalidfallacy answered: Make sure to pick up your feet like riding a bike, that you’re not doing a dragging motion (when you’re feet are close to the ground)
  2. pippki answered: Look up running guides to make sure you’ve got good form. I’m on week 5 of a C25K program and it is still exhausting. Keep it up!
  3. andyetiampeace answered: Well, I don’t know about free running. I remember doing the treadmill once, feeling great, and the next time I just could NOT do it.
